For lighter cardio and beginner workouts, fill it mainly with soft textile material such as old clothes, towels, fabric scraps, or foam pieces. For more power-based training, you can add sealed sand bags inside and combine them with fabric to increase resistance and stability.

INZANEBOX Tip: Start lighter and build up gradually. Do not overfill the bag or exceed the support capacity of your ceiling/wall mount, hanger, or stitching. A properly filled bag should feel firm and stable, but not overloaded.
